Standard Operating Procedures and Handbooks

Staff Training

Coaching has changed, and today’s athletes are faced with new challenges and competition for their time and attention. To best serve our kids, they need more than just “positive coaching.” With limited contact time, and an increased emphasis on competition, even well meaning coaches can miss the mark. The reality is, there just isn’t much training out there about how to intentionally integrate the SEL competencies our students need into our already jam packed practices. With a variety of options that fit different schedules, we can help your coaches succeed.

Program Audits

Are you providing the best services you can for your student community? We’ll look at your policies, practices and communications through the lens of universal design and inclusion, doing a deep dive to not only help identify potential gaps, but also let you know where you’re on the right track. Audits are available on a conference, school, division, or single sport level.

Feasibility Studies

Unfortunately, even great architects and designers may not be familiar with how a facility will actually be used and can miss some of the small details that make a big difference.
